Do you let your radishes go to seed just to eat the pods? I do. Why? First, because they are, as upstate blog Rural Intelligence notes, delicious. If you’re a fan of nibbling on nasturtiums you should definitely try this. Second, because I am mostly a weekend warrior gardener, it has proved very hard to harvest my radishes at the peak of deliciousness over these past few weird weather springs. Plus, for each radish planted, you get tons of pods, as opposed to just one radish. ~AR

Ohhh I wanna try!
must try
Radish seed pods, sooooo good! Get them while they’re small, before they get fuzzy and woody. They’re like a spicy pea :)
